SPACE SHUTTLE CHALLENGER PATCH
$25.00
On January 28, 1986 The Space Shuttle Challenger broke apart 73 seconds into its flight, killing all seven crew members aboard. Adding to the tragedy was the death of Christa McAuliffe, a teacher from New Hampshire. McAuliffe was set to be the first teacher in space, hence the apple icon next to her name at the bottom of the patch.
